SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Schenectady Police Department has made an arrest in connection with a stabbing on a CDTA bus. Carlos Prince, 29, of Albany, was arrested on April 7 and charged with second-degree attempt to commit murder, which is a felony. On March 15 around 7:30 p.m., the victim and a friend were on a CDTA bus on State Street in Schenectady when Prince allegedly began verbally harassing them. ST. LOUIS - The man charged in connection with a crash that resulted in a Tennessee teen losing her legs was arraigned this morning in downtown St. Louis. The arraignment fo Daniel Riley, 21, took place inside the Carnahan Courthouse in Division 25.The indictment charged Riley with five counts from the crash, which left 17-year-old Janae Edmondson critically injured. Riley’s attorney, Dan Diemer, entered a not guilty plea for Riley. The St. Louis Circuit Attorney's office had a representative in the courtroom.Riley was not in court, nor did he appear on video for the arraignment. Diemer waived the formal reading of the charges, instead just entering a not guilty plea for Riley. No one from Janae’s family was in court either. Prosecutors have charged Stefhon Hawkins, 26, with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the death of Ryan Thompson, 33, on Sept. 24, 2022. The lobby of a Los Angeles Police Department station in Exposition Park is closed indefinitely after a man walked in with shopping cart lit with flames late Thursday, officials said.The incident occurred around 11:25 p.m. at the LAPD’s Southwest Station, located at 1546 W.
