It's after customers said the shop wouldn't respond to text or calls about their orders and unexpectedly closed. The situation left brides without their wedding dress. 'It's a lot of money'Lisa Garcia had everything planned out for her wedding day in February 2024. "This is the venue we're getting married at," Garcia said. "It's Canyonwood Ridge. It's out in Dripping Springs."But something Garcia was missing was her dress; a dress she paid for but never received. "I was just like, I don't know what to do," Garcia said. LOUIS - FOX 2 has asked the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department for additional clarification after hearing differing accounts about the cause of an overnight crash involving a police vehicle.The crash happened just before 12:30 a.m. Monday at Bar: PM along the 7100 block of South Broadway, in the Carondelet neighborhood.Two St. Louis police probation officers, each with less than one year of experience, were driving northbound on Broadway in a 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe. The driver lost control of the police vehicle, overcorrected, and crashed into the front facade of the bar.Neither officer was injured in the crash.Two bar workers, including Chad Morris, who co-owns the bar, were closing up for the evening at the time of the crash. Heroin home delivery operators in Orange County get 24 years in prison Two brothers from Riverside County who operated an elaborate heroin home delivery service in Orange County have each been sentenced to 24 years in federal prison, authorities announced Monday.  From at least 2003 to July 2021, 46-year-old Victor Martinez and 45-year-old Julio Martinez ran a drug trafficking organization that smuggled heroin from Mexico using couriers who concealed the drug, sometimes in their body cavities, into Orange County, according to a news release from the United States Department of Justice.  Authorities said that once the drugs were in the U.S., Julio oversaw the distribution to various call centers where customers would phone in and use coded language, such as the word “food” and “taco,” to order certain amounts of heroin.  The 45-year-old also oversaw the “runners” who would deliver the drugs and take customer payments. In an effort to conceal the income generated by the heroin trafficking operation, the Martinez brothers used co-conspirators to...

Thunderstorms may roll through Bay Area Tuesday SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- A December storm is forecast to generate possible isolated thunderstorms in the North Bay and drench the region with rain showers. KRON4 Chief Meteorologist Lawrence Karnow said thunderstorms could rumble in just after midnight. The NWS Bay Area wrote, "A more intense rain band comes through Tuesday morning with conditions similar to those seen on Monday morning."
