Kingston Police say that nine individuals have been arrested and charged following a serious west end assault on March 10th. Eight of the nine individuals that were arrested were between the ages of 13 and 17 and thus have their identities protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.Some of the youth were charged with assault with a weapon, and wearing a disguise with intent to commit an indictable offence. DENVER (KDVR) — A moving trailer containing all of a family's belongings was stolen in broad daylight in Denver’s Northfield neighborhood. The theft occurred at approximately 8:30 a.m. Monday near 50th Drive and Tamarac Street. Ashlee Bebak told FOX31 she didn’t believe it when she learned the trailer had disappeared. “I thought it was a joke. I was like, you've got to be kidding me,” she said.Video shows moving trailer thieves in actionThe moving trailer was packed with more than $100,000 worth of furniture, clothing and other items. “It was gone and just, panic set in,” Bebak said. A political action committee (PAC) created to advocate for psychedelic medicine use in the country aims to elect leaders to support pro-psilocybin reforms. NBC News reported Monday that the newly created Psychedelic Medicine PAC wants to elect leaders who support the therapeutic use of psychedelic substances such as psilocybin, ketamine and MDMA (ecstasy). Psychedelic Medicine PAC executive director and co-founder Ryan Rodgers told NBC News that the group is also in the early stages of fundraising, noting that it has reached out to all levels of donors interested in funding the PAC. A skier died after a crash at the Wachusett Mountain ski resort Monday morning, according to officials.The Westminster Fire Department said first responders were called to the ski area around 10:30 a.m. after an adult male skier was found unresponsive by another person on the slopes.“The initial call came in from somebody riding up the chairlift, going to the top of the mountain to go skiing,” said Fire Chief Kyle Butterfield.Mountain officials said the ski patrol responded immediately and located the 67-year-old man in the area of Oxbow Chute, a black diamond among the trees about halfway up Wachusett. A Boston city councilor has proposed a ban on the sale of miniature bottles of alcohol, known as “nips,” within Boston. Councilor Ricardo Arroyo announced on Monday that he had filed a hearing order to discuss the potential ban on the bottles, which he said are too small to be recycled.
