DENVER (KDVR) -- A ramp on Interstate 76 in Golden is closed due to a fuel tank that spilled approximately 100 gallons of diesel fuel.The off-ramp from eastbound I-76 to Sheridan Boulevard closed due to a ruptured fuel tank that caused the spill, Colorado State Police in Golden tweeted at 10:42 a.m. Friday. At least 115 bodies found at ‘green’ southern Colorado funeral home Emergency crews are at the scene. As of 10:53 a.m., there's no word on how long this cleanup will take.This is a developing story. Police on Thursday arrested a man connected to a hit-and-run in Miramar. Tremaine Maurice Herbert, 31, is facing several charges, which include leaving the scene of a crash involving serious bodily injury, tampering with evidence and driving with a suspended license.He appeared in bond court Friday morning where a judge gave him a $36,000 bond and is not allowed to drive nor make contact with the victim. Herbert has since paid his bond and is expected to be released from jail Friday afternoon. According to Miramar Police, the incident happened on March 4 when Jahmaar Williams, 31, was crossing Pembroke Road, near the 6500 block and was struck by a vehicle. He was transported to the hospital in critical condition. During their investigation, police were able to track down the BMV that hit Williams, which ultimately led them to Herbert. (AP) — The Miami Dolphins are placing veteran left tackle Terron Armstead on injured reserve because of a knee injury he suffered in Week 4 against the Buffalo Bills, coach Mike McDaniel confirmed Friday.McDaniel said he expects Armstead to return at some point this season, but he’ll be sidelined for at least the next four games. His earliest return could be for a Week 9 matchup with Kansas City in Germany.Armstead appeared to have his leg rolled up in the second quarter of a 48-20 loss at Buffalo. South Florida students were fired up thanks to the Miami Heat.The students at Central Park Elementary in plantation started their Friday with a pep rally that included dancing with Heat mascot Burnie and the Hoop Troop.The celebration was part of the How Low Can You Go challenge that is sponsored by the Miami Heat, which encourages schools to reduce the amount of energy and water they consume throughout the school year.“We were able to lower our energy consumption last year from the 2022-2023 school year and our kids did a great job,” said Lori Turner, principal at Central Park Elementary. “Our teachers worked really hard to promote the idea of conservation. A second suspect charged in connection with a shooting in Holyoke that injured a pregnant woman and killed her unborn child was held without bail Friday, the Hampden County District Attorney’s office announced. Johnluis Sanchez, 30, was arraigned two days after the shooting on Wednesday. His arraignment, in turn, came after another suspect, Alejandro Ramos, 22, was arraigned and held without bail on Thursday. Both Sanchez and Ramos have been charged with murder. The shooting happened in the 100 block of Sargeant Street around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.
